The Google form for referral submissions will remain open until Falgun 1, so be sure to submit multiple business referrals before then. The results shall be announced within ten days after the campaign ends.

Terms and Conditions for Providhy Referrals Campaign

Only employees of F1Soft Group are eligible to participate in this campaign.
The campaign is valid from 24/10/2081 to 14/11/2081.
Only businesses operating in the B2B (Business to Business) domain are eligible for referrals.
Winners will be announced on Providhy’s internal communication channels (i.e., Viber).
Leads will be considered valid only after verification and validation by Providhy’s team.
Successful subscriptions must be completed during the campaign period to qualify for rewards.
Winners will be categorized into the respective tiers based on the number of valid referrals they have made. Then, the winners for each tier will be selected through a random draw.
Providhy retains the authority to modify, extend, or discontinue the campaign at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, at any point in time deemed appropriate.
Giveaway rewards will be distributed within 10 working days after the campaign ends. Cash rewards for subscriptions will also be distributed within 10 working days. However, subscription rewards will be credited to the employee's account only once their referral has paid the charges for the Providhy ERP subscription.
All prizes and incentives are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
By accepting any prize or benefit, the winner(s) agree to participate in related publicity activities, including the use of their name, image, and/or voice for promotional purposes, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
In case of disputes, Providhy’s decision shall be final and binding.
All personal information collected during the campaign will be strictly confidential and used solely for the purposes of this campaign, in line with Providhy’s privacy policy.
